Project Overview
The Retail Development Programme (RDP) focused on delivering Business Management and Expansion Training along with in-store coaching to owners and managers of retail outlets that sell beer. The aim was to enhance business operations and growth potential for these retailers.
Our Role in This Project
TAPBDS provided comprehensive training and hands-on coaching to about 12,000 retail outlets across Mainland Tanzania. This involved equipping retailers with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage and expand their businesses, thereby improving overall business performance and sustainability.
